What this check does and does not tell you
A completion record confirms that an organization completed the assessment named on it, on the date shown, under a published methodology version. That is the whole claim.
- It is not a certification, accreditation or audit opinion. Nobody has certified the organization, and no standards body is involved.
- It is not a statement of compliance with the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, or any other law or standard, however much the questions draw on them.
- It does not disclose a score. Results belong to the organization that was assessed. If you need their score, ask them for it — this page will never show it to you.
- Answers are self-reported unless a reviewer has separately verified the supporting evidence. A record describes what an organization reported about itself at a point in time.
If a record has been withdrawn
A withdrawn record still verifies, and says plainly that it was withdrawn. Records are withdrawn when a submission is superseded by a corrected one, or when a claim made on the basis of it is disputed. A withdrawn record should not be relied on as evidence.
Questions about a specific record
Write to aiindex@braindigits.com quoting the reference code. Details of an assessment are confidential to the organization assessed, so what can be confirmed by email is the same as what this page shows.
